- Dillon Danis threw a microphone that hit Logan Paul in the face on Thursday
- Paul left the stage clutching his head and appeared to be bleeding
- Paul has since insisted the fight will still be going ahead on Saturday night
Logan Paul’s bout with Dillon Danis will still go ahead despite the WWE star being hit in the face by a microphone at the final press conference ahead of their fight on Saturday.
Danis and Paul were on stage discussing their upcoming bout when the ugly scenes broke out.
Danis was furious with some comments Paul had made about an alleged daughter of his.
The pair engaged in a verbal row before things turned physical. Danis launched at Paul and hit the 28-year-old in the face with his microphone – connecting cleanly on Paul’s forehead.
Paul was taken off stage immediately, holding his head in his hands, and Danis took to social media shortly after the incident to share a photo of blood on the floor.

The picture caused concern as a cut to Paul could have jeopardised their highly anticipated bout on Saturday.
However, Paul’s business partner KSI confirmed to Mail Sport that Paul was ‘fine’ and able to fight on the weekend. But, KSI – who is taking on Tommy Fury in the main event – did say that Paul was furious about the incident.
He said: ‘I went to go see Logan and he is all good. It’s just a little bit of a bruise.
‘But he’s very angry. He’s very angry that he got hit.‘
‘So yeah, Logan can’t wait to destroy him on Saturday night’.
Paul backed up KSI’s comments with his own tweet on X, as he insisted the fight is still ‘very much happening’.
Paul wrote: ‘Dillon can’t escape me. The fight is very much happening, the stakes just got higher.’

Paul and Danis have been butting heads constantly, pardon the pun, in the build up to Saturday’s fight.
Danis has been attacking Paul’s fiancee Nina Agdal on social media, which has led to her filing a $150,000 lawsuit against him.
Paul’s fiancee has also taken out a Temporary Restraining Order against Danis after his relentless social media jabs.
Paul is looking to silence Danis once and for all on Saturday night. However, it remains to be seen if that bout will still go ahead.
