NASCAR’s Cup Sequence playoff standings have been shaken up through the opening race of the Spherical of 16, Sunday’s Prepare dinner Out Southern 500 at Darlington.

Kyle Busch, William Byron and Michael McDowell exited the race by Lap 200 of the 367-lap occasion, and defending collection champion Chase Elliott went out with 41 laps remaining. All 4 drivers wrecked.

“We have been working like s—, we obtained wrecked, so that is what you get while you run like s—,” Busch advised NBCSN. “Should not be there. I do not know what our downside is.”

“The M&Ms Camry was not superb,” he added, “and we have been working horrible and we obtained wrecked. Wasn’t the three’s (Dillon’s) fault.”

Busch drew the eye of NASCAR Twitter for working over security cones on his strategy to the storage.

Byron’s automotive skidded into the surface SAFER barrier on Lap 200 after the left entrance tire of the 24 automotive went flat.

“Nothing we might do,” Byron advised NBCSN after exiting the infield care middle.

Elliott additionally hit the wall after a left entrance went down. Contact with Christopher Bell’s automotive precipitated the flat.

Busch got here into the race fourth within the playoff standings, Elliott fifth, Byron eighth and McDowell thirteenth. They ended the evening 14th, tenth, fifteenth and sixteenth, respectively.
