AJ just a pound heavier than he was for Otto Wallin

Joshua appears to have found his ideal weight as he tipped the scales just one pound heavier than he was when he faced Otto Wallin a little over two months ago.

Ngannou also looked in tremendous shape, with both men clearly training very hard for this crossover clash.

George Groves and Anthony Joshua tip AJ to win by knockout

Sky Sports pundits George Groves and Anthony Crolla have both backed Joshua to finish tomorrow’s fight inside the distance, with Crolla tipping a stoppage in 4-6 rounds.

Will the former world champions be proved correct, or can Ngannou upset the odds?

Anthony Joshua: ‘Miracles do happen’

Reflecting on his journey after losing twice to Oleksandr Usyk, Joshua says ‘miracles do happen’ having won his last three fights.

It’s all smiles from the Brit as he leaves the stage. Can he get the job done tomorrow?

Francis Ngannou: ‘I’m going out there to prove you can be the underdog and make it’

Ngannou reminds fans that this is only his second boxing match, but he is supremely confident that he will win.

He has claimed his ‘mindset is the same’ as against Fury.

And his official prediction… ‘me leaving the ring with victory’.

The Rocky theme tune blasts out as AJ and Ngannou face-off

The Rocky theme song is blasting out as AJ and Ngannou go face-to-face. 24 hours until fight time!

AJ weighs in at 252.4lbs, 20lbs lighter than Ngannou

AJ weighs in at 252.4lbs.

He is 20lbs lighter than Ngannou. Will that make a difference on fight night?

Francis Ngannou tips the scale at 272.6lbs

Ngannou weighs in at 272.6lbs

That’s 0.4lbs heavier than against Fury.

AJ looks focused

AJ is hardly blinking as he looks straight ahead and then gets up on stage.

A salute to the crowd, all business from the Brit.

Francis Ngannou up first

The vuvuzelas are out and flags are waving as Ngannou makes his way to the stage.

There is plenty of support for the former UFC champion.

Here come AJ and Francis Ngannou!

This is what we’ve been waiting for!

The main event men are making their way to the stage…

Joseph Parker: ‘I’m ready to go’

Most people would be worried if they were about to face a man weighing almost 21 stone, but Parker looks like he doesn’t have a care in the world.

He speaks calmly to Helwani, and insists he’s ready to pick up a huge win and move closer to a world title shot.

Zhilei Zhang weighs over three stone more than Joseph Parker!

Parker tips the scale at 247.6lbs.

But Zhang comes in at 291.6lbs. He’s 44lbs heavier, that’s over three stone!

Nick Ball: ‘I’m laser-focused, ready to get the job done’

Pure focus from Nick Ball as he briefly speaks to reporter Ariel Helwani.

He insists the height difference will not be an issue, and is adamant he is ‘ready to get the job done’.

Nick Ball and Rey Vargas make weight

It’s all systems go for the featherweight title clash between Ball and Vargas as they both make the 126lb limit.

Vargas is eight inches taller as the pair come face to face, but can Ball knock him down to size?

The face-off lasted well over a minute there, neither man backing down. This one is going to be a cracker!

Conor Benn and Manny Pacquiao in the building

Conor Benn and Manny Pacquiao are both in Riyadh to watch the weigh-in.

Could those two potentially fight each other this year?

No Mike Tyson with Francis Ngannou this time

Ngannou has confimed that he will not have Mike Tyson in his corner this time after the heavyweight icon also guided him to victory over Tyson Fury.

It appears that Mike Tyson may have other things on his mind, with the former champion due to fight Jake Paul later this year!

Who is on the AJ-Francis Ngannou undercard?

Some really intriguing match-ups on tomorrow’s undercard as well.

The heavyweight clash between Joseph Parker and Zhieli Zhang promises to be an epic battle, while Britain could have a new world champion if featherweight Nick Ball can beat Mexico’s Rey Vargas.

Frank Warren believes Francis Ngannou CAN beat AJ

Tyson Fury’s promoter Frank Warren will be an interested observer from ringside tomorrow night.

He feels Ngannou is capable of pulling off a major upset, which would surely put the final nail in the coffin of a potential AJ-Fury showdown.

Is Francis Ngannou fully focused on AJ?

Ngannou has got tongues wagging with his antics away from the ring this week as well.

He flirted with a reporter after his open workout on Tuesday, just hours after appearing to try his luck with Kim Kardashian.

Is his mind fully focused on the task at hand?

The weigh-in is underway!

The undercard fighters are starting to step up to the scale. We are just minutes away from AJ and Ngannou tipping the scales.

What is AJ’s optimum weight?

Joshua weighed in at 251lbs for his last fight against Otto Wallin in December.

He produced his best performance in years against the Swede, so should we expect a similar weight this evening?

How much will AJ and Francis Ngannou earn?

Joshua and Ngannou are set for major paydays tomorrow night, but just how much will they earn in Riyadh, and how does this compare to previous heavyweight showdowns?

Ngannou’s trainer issues warning to AJ

Anthony Joshua may be the big favourite to win tomorrow night, but Francis Ngannou’s trainer is adamant that his man will shock the world again in Saudi Arabia.

What’s next for AJ?

Some may view this fight as a high-risk, low-reward for former heavyweight champion Anthony Joshua.

After suffering back-to-back defeats to Oleksandr Usyk, it felt as if he was finally finding himself again, with three straight victories.

The decision to face Francis Ngannou is seemignly one that comes with very little reward should he win it outside of the money he will make.

But what happens next win or lose?

The idea of the winner of this bout facing the winner of Tyson Fury vs Oleksandr Usyk has been floated, that would represent the opportunity AJ has been chasing.

But if he loses, where does he go from there? Is it time to retire?

find out by reading more below.

Tyson Fury making his presence felt

Saturday’s main event may not feature Tyson Fury, who is an attendance to support his brother Roman.

But the Gypsy King has made sure that his presence hasn’t gone unnoticed during his time in Saudi Arabia.

During yesterday’s press conference, he managed to find himself in an exchange of (un)pleasantries with former opponent Francis Ngannou.

AJ and Francis Ngannou keeping it cordial for the time being

In the build-up to a fight the magnitude of this, we usually see the fighters end up in heated exchanges.

Often trading barbs as they try to get the mental edge over their opponet and goading them into a mistake on fight night.

Yet, that has been far from the case between Anthony Joshu and Francis Ngannou, it all seems incredibly calm.

Neither have really gone to great lengths to put down their opponent and instead have promised to give it their all and the fans a show.

Hello and Welcome!

We are just a day away from ‘Knockout Chaos’ in Saudi Arabia where Anthony Joshua will on MMA superstar Francis Ngannou in the ring.

But before the explosive action in the squared circle, the two heavyweights will come face-to-face once more as they weigh in for the bout.
