As a final tune up for the madness that’s set to take place on Thursday, we have the final two play-in games set to take place on Wednesday night.

Fairleigh Dickinson and Texas Southern will play against each other for the right to take on No. 1 seed Purdue in the opening round, then Nevada and Arizona State will face-off with the winner taking on TCU in the Round of 64.

If you want some player prop bets to place for tonight’s action, you’ve come to the right place. I have one for each game. Let’s dive into them.

Fairleigh Dickinson vs. Texas Southern player prop

  • Devon Barnes OVER 12.5 points

Devon Barnes OVER 12.5 points

Devon Barnes of Texas Southern is averaging 13.6 points per game this season, and he’s been on fire as of late, going over 12.5 points in four-straight contests. He and the rest of the Tigers are in a great spot offensively against Fairleigh Dickinson tonight.

The Knights rank 357th in opponent effective field goal percentage and their interior defense has been especially bad, ranking 353rd in opponent two-point field goal percentage. That means Barnes should be able to pound the rock down low and I love him to go over his point total tonight.

Nevada vs. Arizona State player prop

  • Darrion Williams UNDER 7.5 points

Darrion Williams UNDER 7.5 points

Darrion Williams is averaging exactly 7.5 points this season, which is exactly what his point total is set at tonight. The reason I like the UNDER is due to how bad of a matchup Arizona State is for Williams.

The Sun Devils rank 19th in opponent effective field goal percentage, but what’s more important is their interior defense, which ranks sixth in college basketball in opponent two-point field goal percentage.

The way for Nevada to attack Arizona State is on the perimeter, which will live limited opportunity for Williams and the rest Nevada’s front court.

I’ll take Williams to go under his point total tonight.
