Logan Paul announces his return to the boxing ring to fight UFC star Dillon Danis, on the same card as KSI vs Tommy Fury in Manchester

Logan Paul has announced his return to the boxing ring to fight UFC star Dillon Danis on the same card as KSI vs. Tommy Fury in Manchester on October 14.

Paul, 28, hasn’t competed in boxing since losing to all-time great Floyd Mayweather in an exhibition match in June 2021. The Youtuber’s only boxed professionally once against KSI – another Youtuber-turned-into-boxer in 2019 — a split decision loss.

‘OCTOBER 14 I return to to boxing after fighting Floyd Mayweather over 2 years ago,’ tweeted Paul on Tuesday.

‘I doubt this little parasite will show up but if he does I’m going to erase him from existence,’ he added about Mayweather, who’s undefeated and won 15 major world championships from super featherweight to light middleweight between 1996 and 2017.

‘The PRIME Card – Oct 14 in Manchester, live on DAZN PPV!’

It is unclear whether Paul’s fight against Danis – an MMA fighter in the welterweight division – will be a pro fight or an exhibition.

The 29-year-old Danis, who’s known for his trolling, rose to stardom as a Brazilian jiu-jitsu champion and is also the training partner of UFC star Conor McGregor.

The New Jersey native, who went undefeated in both of his matchups in MMA in Bellator in 2018 and 2019, will be fighting his first boxing contest against Paul.

Last week, Paul was involved in a chaotic brawl during his brother’s boxing match against Nate Diaz and just hours after he performed at WWE SummerSlam.

Footage captured by a bystander showed a spectator goading the eldest of the Paul brothers into a fight before swinging a chair ringside during Jake’s fight.

Still decked out in his WWE attire from earlier in the evening, Paul can been seen in the clip angrily returning verbal fire as action kept going from within the ring in the background.

The altercation quickly spread across the floor, and the spectator can be seen attempting to swing the chair before it is wrestled away from them by another onlooker.

Security quickly intervened in an attempt to restore order as the involved parties crushed into a barricade, knocking it over in the process before deflating the situation.
