Free agent wide receiver Odell Beckham Jr. is looking to sign with a team, and there is one familiar organization that has entered the fray this offseason.

Most of the top free agents in the NFL have signed or agreed to terms with their teams, whether new or old. One of the biggest names remaining is wide receiver Odell Beckham Jr., who had impressed teams during his workout in Arizona last week. Now, it is a matter of which team can convince him to sign, as he is one year removed from tearing his ACL.

On Saturday, theScore NFL insider Jordan Schultz revealed the four teams that were most active in their pursuit of Beckham, and they were the Dallas Cowboys, Baltimore Ravens, New York Jets and Kansas City Chiefs.

But later on in the day, Schultz sent out another tweet, saying that the Buffalo Bills checked in on Beckham, but noted that the “price would have to make sense.”

Bills reportedly checked in on Odell Beckham Jr.

As Schultz notes, the fact that the Bills have checked in on Beckham isn’t surprising. The Bills were a team that Beckham visited this past season. Specifically, one of three teams that included the Cowboys and the New York Giants. During his visit in Buffalo, Beckham had dinner at quarterback Josh Allen’s home with members of the Bills organization.

Ultimately, Beckham didn’t sign with any of the three teams. Now, he has the chance to sign on with one of them to compete for the first time since tearing his ACL in Super Bowl 56.

There were reports going around that Beckham was seeking $20 million a year, but the wide receiver addressed it, saying he never asked for that. Beckham then said in that same tweet “all I’m sayin is 4 AIN’T enough.”

The Bills do have a need at wide receiver, especially after they were defeated 27-10 by the Cincinnati Bengals in the Divisional Round of the playoffs. They have Stefon Diggs as their WR1 and Gabriel Davis as their deep-threat target, but if they want to make it to the Super Bowl out of a tough AFC, they will need to add some weapons to their offense.

Beckham reportedly had 12 interested teams at his workout last week. Now, it’s a matter of which team he decides to play for. It will be a situation worth monitoring, as he is undoubtedly the best option wide receiver option available.
