Troubled boxer Ryan Garcia is leading calls to free Andrew Tate after the controversial influencer and kickboxer was arrested and released in Romania on a UK sexual assault warrant.

‘#FreeTateBrothers,’ Garcia wrote on X following days of bizarre social media posts and erratic behavior by the 25-year-old California native.

Garcia has raised concern for his mental health by claiming on social media that he was raped by a family member as a child and predicting an earthquake in Hollywood and Las Vegas on June 6. He even called Elon Musk the ‘Antichrist,’ only to continue posting on X – a social media platformed owned by the billionaire.

In response to Garcia’s tirade last week, Tate invited him for an interview on X, where the boxer went into further detail about human trafficking allegations.

‘They held me down and made me watch little kids getting raped,’ Garcia told Tate. ‘I don’t give a f*** anymore.

‘Bro they f***ing took me to the f***ing woods bro and they tied me up, I’m not f****ng joking bro I have f****ng proof bro, I don’t give a f***.

‘Bro I will f***ing show you every f***ing video you could ever f***ing believe.’

Tate warned Garcia about the ‘dangerous path’ he is going down, but the boxer was unfazed.

‘I don’t give a f***,’ he replied. ‘I don’t give a f***, they can’t touch me. I’m a God.’

Since then, Garcia has vowed to stick to boxing on social media, only to relapse this week with several religious-themed posts.

‘Sad to see come to Christ,’ read one post. ‘It is in front of your eyes, they probably will say, your tweet the other day, only talk about what we want, if not then we will send the bots.’

Garcia is still scheduled to face Haney for the WBC super lightweight title in Brooklyn on April 20, although many within the sport have called for the bout to be postponed or canceled over mental health concerns for the challenger.

Tate, meanwhile, is facing his own issues in Romania, where he lives, and his native Britain.

Tate will be extradited to the UK after a British police force secured a warrant for his arrest – but will stay in Romania until after his trial there is over, a court in Bucharest ruled Tuesday.

Tate, 37, and his brother Tristan, 35, were following their arrest Monday for sexual aggression, according to a spokesman for the siblings. The case dates back to 2012-15. Bedfordshire Police said earlier today that it had obtained a European arrest warrant and that it is working with authorities in Romania as part of an investigation into allegations of rape and human trafficking against Tate and his brother.

The pair were first indicted for rape and human trafficking charges in Romania in June last year, but their case is still being discussed in the preliminary chamber stages and no trial dates have yet been set. They deny the allegations.
