Devin Haney has not been that gracious of a winner in the aftermath of his victory over Vasiliy Lomachenko to retain his world lightweight titles.

The controversial bout ended with Haney winning by unanimous decision, however a number of boxing fans believe that ‘Loma’ should have been declared the winner.

Video surfaces of Lomachenko crying in his dressing room after the defeat and those in his corner have ripped officials for the result.

‘Loma was denied this victory in the ring on Saturday,’ Vasiliy’s manager Egis Klimas wrote.

‘He deserves the opportunity to be ranked #1 and to get another chance at realizing his goals as soon as possible.’

Haney ripped Loma and his team on Twitter in the aftermath, in a profane post.

That’s Devin Haney ripping Vasiliy Lomachenko and his team days after winning a controversial decision against the future Hall of Famer in Las Vegas … a fight many fans believe Loma should’ve won.

‘This guy is a f***ing sore loser,’ the 24-year-old said on Twitter. ‘Get this privilege sore loser out of boxing he makes excuses as he goes!’

‘Take your lost like a man & stop crying.. it was set up for you to win for the 3rd time in your career & you failed!’

‘Tell the commission to give me my 400k back for that push!’

Two judges scored the bout 115-113 and another scored it 116-112, all in favor of Haney.

While a rematch between the two could possibly answer any questions this fight raised, Devin’s trainer and father Bill Haney believes it’s unlikely they will face each other in the ring again.
