Boxer Gervonta Davis 'is in JAIL serving his 90-day home detention sentence'

Boxer Gervonta Davis ‘is in JAIL serving his 90-day sentence after breaching conditions of his home detention’ over hit-and-run in 2020

Gervonta Davis has reportedly been ordered to serve the rest of his home detention sentence in jail after he was taken into custody for a hearing on Thursday.

Davis’ attorney Michael Tomko was quoted by The Baltimore Banner as confirming an ‘impromptu hearing’ on Thursday and the publication said Tomko confirmed Davis will serve the rest of his 90-day home sentence in jail.

WBAL-TV Baltimore said Davis had allegedly violated terms of his house arrest.  

Davis was sentenced May 5 following a guilty please last year over a hit-and-run crash that injured four people in 2020.
