Boxing legend Floyd Mayweather jetted to Israel this week to show his support for the country amid the ongoing war with Hamas.
Mayweather, widely considered one of the greatest fighters of all time, sent a private jet filled with supplies to Israel back in October in the wake of Hamas’ terrorist attacks.
Over the past six months, there have been more than 31,000 recorded casualties as the conflict continues in and around the Gaza strip.
Five months after he sent food, water, clothes and bulletproof vests to the Middle East, Mayweather made the trip to Israel himself this week to lift the spirits of civilians, workers and soldiers.
The 47-year-old touched down in Tel Aviv to show his support for the Israeli cause, while even stopping by at an IDF (Israel Defense Forces) military base.

According to TMZ Sports, he even hosted a BBQ for Israeli soldiers on his visit.
In footage from the military base, Mayweather could also be seen enjoying a sparring session in a boxing ring and demonstrating his blistering hand speed on the pads.
The former five-weight world champion then spent time at the headquarters of United Hatzalah – an ambulatory service – in Jerusalem, the Magen David Adom blood bank and the Western Wall – where he was seen praying for peace.
While in Israel with friend Jona Rechnitz, he was also gifted a custom-made ‘TMT’ kippah by Rabbi Steven Burg, along with a Star of David necklace pendant from Diamond Club Miami.
Israeli musician Osher Cohen also had a gift for Mayweather, presenting him with a unique painting which showed the fight icon holding an Israel flag aloft.
When the conflict with Hamas first began last year, Mayweather pledged his allegiance to Israel on social media, insisting he ‘stands with’ the country.

He wrote: ‘I stand with Israel against the Hamas terrorists. Hamas do not represent the people of Palestine but are a terrorist group that are attacking innocent lives!
‘I stand for all humans and wish for the safe return of all Americans and Israelis and any human that were kidnapped as hostages during these horrific war crimes.
‘This is not a time for politics. This is a time for safety first and foremost.
‘God Bless America. God Bless Israel. God Bless Human Kind!’
