Ryan Garcia released footage of himself back in training after a series of worrying social media posts.
Donning all-black training garb, Garcia showcased his vaunted hand speed, peppering the heavy bag with a series of swift hooks and lancing jabs in preparation for his upcoming clash with Devin Haney.
Concern surrounding Garcia’s mental health have been heightened in recent weeks with posts on his X account including claims that he was raped by a family member as a child, has photographic proof that aliens exist, and that he was previously a witness to ‘human trafficking’.
Garcia also sparked fear in family members after posting a video of an unidentified individual accompanied with a caption claiming his throat had been slit.
Andrea Celina, Garcia’s ex-wife and the mother of two of his children amplified concerns last week with a post insisting that she had been in contact with him and he was not well.
