Ukraine’s state-owned telecommunications firm Ukrtelecom skilled a disruption in web service on Monday after a “highly effective” cyberattack, based on Ukrainian authorities officers and firm representatives. The incident is the most recent hacking assault in opposition to Ukrainian web companies since Russian navy forces invaded in late February.
